乘现在难得有机会上网，

我想我应该跟大家报告一下本人的近况。

P.M. 的工作从十月开始到现在，

虽然只有区区两个月，

可是每天都忙得不可开交。

虽然说客务中心是在一月开始，

有关职责上的工作训练却是陆陆续续地霸占了我的时间表。

比起之前的Jet*，虽然同是客务中心，

现在所需要学的知识还真够多。

不瞒你们说，我不时都想念着我以前的同事们。。。

他们都是我最棒的同事朋友们。

现在的。。。我只能说。。。

大公司虽然比较多福利，

但是无可厚非，事非与人事竞争相比之下也很多。

有人说我现在正好是honeymoon时期，

我却一点都不认为。

正因为有人无时无刻把“她有客务经验嘛。。。”这句话嚷嚷在口，

我更要加把劲。。。因为还有很多人在放长双眼看。。。

看我是凭什么能力拿到这个职位。。。

所以。。。。唉~

不知大家有没有发现，多数大规模的公司都有很多印裔。

我本身对他们没什么偏见，

只不过对于部分的人，

我却非常瞧不起。

之前的同事家庭三大民族都有，

在公共场合主要都以英文沟通，

因为大家都彼此尊重对方，

所以一直以来都是合家融融。

P.M. 的文化有点不一样，

部分印裔总爱以自身的母语孤立群众，显示特权。。。

尤其在团聚时耳里只充斥着全是你听不懂，

听起来像咒语般的语文，

这。。。真的让人觉得很不舒服。

这样的现象出现在所谓multi international的公司里，

哈。。。我只能说，没文化，很讽刺。

不过庆幸的，至少我发现高阶层的人物不会那样做。。。

要不然，今天坐在那个位子上的，肯定不会是他，而是别人。

修养嘛~我只能说因人而异。。。

就算没有先天的修养，后天的修养是存在的！

30/11 星期天。。。

原本是我休息的大好日子，

可是为了负行孝顺之道，

只好奉父母之命，

陪同他们参与永春会馆所举行的雪州Sekinchan一日游。

因为当天没带相机，

所以只好用了我的LG KF510来进行拍摄。

翠绿的稻田，加上蓝天白云，那个画面实在太美了！

由于时间实在太紧凑，所以所拍的照片不多。

有机会的话，应该可以重游此地。

P/S: 由于实在太久没更新了，我觉得务必要跟大家交代一下。

本人因为家里网路连线除了问题，已经整整两个月没有上线了。

公司网路太多限制，msn，facebook与 friendster一律access denied。

对于无法回应大家的留言，实在感到非常抱歉。。。希望大家多多包含。

My 2 test shot. Since it's too mini, it's hard to adjust through the view finder to get a shot with the right subject.

Honestly, I still prefer to own a real lomo camera. I think I just need to put it at the bottom of my wish list...haha.

无聊的日子

最近闷得就快发狂。。。

还有短短一个星期，

就得恢复回上班族的角色咯！

没办法，乖乖认命做个金钱的奴仆吧！

手表坏了将近一年，

看样子好像已经习惯了没有手表的日子。

之前很喜欢o.d.m 的手表，

可是看了又看，就是没买一个。

没多久 竟然被我发现了Levi's的手表哦！

赞的是 也是o.d.m design的0耶~

压克力的材质很吸引人(｡◕‿◕｡) ，

而且还是有5ATM的防水度哦。。。

本来我要买的是时尚白色，

却担心颜色不耐戴，

结果我选了安全的黑色（现在有点后悔，该死的~)，

外加金装版，价格比普通的贵一些。

之前辛辛苦苦从cyberjaya搬回来的东西，

堆积如山的杂物和衣服，

我妈看得不顺眼，

命令我立即收拾干净。

虽然费了我九牛二虎之力，

我之前那些 拼时间 拼金钱 拼脚力 买回来的衣服

似乎还是不能挤进我那 有如鸟笼般的衣柜。

收拾旧物的时候，竟然发现了这个。。。

PB晚宴的纪念品，精致得很，还能旋转的哦！

那时Form 6之后到PB工作，

未满三个月试用期，

还被允许参加在马六甲Equatorial Hotel举行的PB annual dinner，

而且还有免费住宿一晚，实在是太棒了~

完了完了。。。

边收拾边想东西，什么时候才收得完呐~

Next stage of path

Sorry for the late post!!!

Even though the wedding dinner was just a day after the wedding day,

since I have no time to blog (it just an good excuse indeed...)

and most of the photos are not with me (even right now..too bad).





Then I would like to make an annoucement,

well it's a good news of me....

I am no longer unemployed anymore!!!

Yahoo~!

After the 1 month of waiting and waiting....

I finally get an offer from P.M., one of the tobacco company,

as consumer service coordinator.

Well, the offer given is great!

The most important is this post is based in Seremban.

That means start from next month,

I will officially say Goodbye to luxurious lifestyle in KL city,

but not to my beloved shopping center....hehe....

Yesterday I got some news from my ex-colleague,

surprisingly Jet* had done some salary increment for those senior agents.

Even though it's considered late to have such action after 3yrs operation,

I still happy for them.

Finally Jet* realise something before everything goes bad,

and I am sure it just happened after the recent continuos resignation from few of us.

I think the sustained agents should owe us 1 meal...haha.

Whatever it is, for the following weeks

I will busy to prepare my documents, go for medical check and bla bla bla....

Wish me the best to go through these process smoothly~

最近大家都有看到有关电玩的报道吧？

“网络游戏《魔兽世界》疑在今年內已连夺3命，新加坡多名心理医生與辅导員警告，《魔兽》有如電子海洛因，會让青少年深陷网毒，甚至被毀。《魔兽》3年前推出後一直称霸电玩世界，在全球有超過900万玩家。玩家通過角色扮演，和怪物战斗及执行各种任务，並透過金钱、物品與经验值等奖励，让玩家升级技巧與能力。”

此时此刻，真的恨透那些经营电玩中心的业者，他们毁了很多年轻人的前途，让他们深陷网毒无法自拔。这些痛苦都不是那些业者们所能体会的，因为他们的良心都被金钱给蒙蔽了。业者大有道理地认为他们是打开大门做正当生意，年轻人可是自己上门来，他们只是以低价每小时RM1.50-RM2.00提供网络服务而已。可是，他们事实上却知道，这些年轻人是他们眼中的肥羊，只要他们每天都报到，电玩中心的生意都会好地不得了，尤其是黄金晚间开始到凌晨。那些业者以完善的音响与电玩设备，使玩家得到前所未有的感官刺激，这是家庭式电脑所不能提供的。甚至有报道说有的业者还提供住宿给顾客，为的是要留住他们口袋里的金钱。

我认为电玩不是不好，但如果沉迷了就大大不好！从喜欢，嗜好，再演变成习惯时，电玩仿佛就变成了毒品，越玩越上瘾。为了每天例行的习惯，无论有什么堵塞，上瘾了就会想尽办法去电玩中心，每天玩至凌晨才回来，结果第二天无法打起精神来上课或上班，久而久之就连品性也大大地改变了。为人父母的，有的在家等待，电话拨上了好几百遍，全都进了留言信箱；有的甚至凌晨到一家一家电玩中心去找人，只要看到熟悉的背影，心中百般焦虑顿时松懈下来。天下父母心，实在辛酸啊！我实在不愿再看到有更多的人受害，希望那些业者会高抬贵手，因为他们的所作所为，足以毁了很多年轻人的大好前途，是造孽啊！

败家女出巡记II:永康街冰馆- ice monster 的夏天

小女最近失业做量地官，量地量得多，

却忘了帮自己的体重量一量，想必后果多严重（看照片就知)。

闲人没事做，之前就跟丽萍去Bangsar Jln Telawi血拼，

更学人做一天贵妇，来个30分钟的fish spa。

雪莉难得回来，除了跟她与诗婷去马六甲，

来个“短期身材变孕妇特训班”之外，

隔天更与雪莉去Sunway金字塔逛逛。

在我的怂恿下，在Asia Avenue附近，

品尝了台湾著名永康街冰馆(Ice Monster)的
芒果牛奶冰。

可是看了它传单上的卖相，可真让人垂涎三尺~

吃后感言：

超级好吃！！！。

香而甜的芒果，外加芒果味的sorbet(比冰淇淋好吃哦~）

可以两人吃一份，只是略嫌芒果不够多嘛~

（大马版的芒果牛奶冰果然。。。）

价格: RM10++ （有点贵啦~）

我的最爱~~~~！！！

之后也在我的拉扯下，去了Pasta de Gohan日意式餐厅。

因为之前某些杂志大量推荐，外加店里华丽的装横，

心中原本抱着很大的期待，结果后来很遗憾地得到极大的失望。

我本尊认为价格高不是问题，只要物有所值，花得值得就可以了。

他们的pizza基本上分mini 和 regular两种，

我点的是regular pizza scallop & prawn,

结果来的是

薄薄的披萨像纸一般(RM24.80++)，很脆很好吃，

可是当你拿起时，配料很轻易就会掉下来。

Regular的批萨都如此mini, 如果是点的是mini的话不就。。。。？

雪莉点的是pasta，Carbonara Waraku Style Fettuccine (RM23.80++)。

我个人的意见，觉得味道不错，

价高量少，跟他们在店外头所放的食物模型简直是天渊之别。

就这样，两个人就点了这两样加两杯饮料，总共花了RM62.90。

“I would appreciated if you could double confirm again my status that if I do not serve 2 months notice until 15 August 2008, I still need to compesate for short notice amount even though I am not intend to renew my contract?

This is because I already checked with Labour Department yesterday with bringing along my contract as reference. Under their consultancy, as mentioned in contract, the current contract that I have is only valid til 22July 2008 and I have confirmed that there is no 2 months notice required if I am not intend to renew my contract because it is not considered as part of agreement's termination as I have sucessfully served my services as required until 22July 2008 unless I sign another new extended contract.

Besides, according to Labour Department, if Sxxxxx request for compesation, I can reserve the rights to take necessary action, taken on behalf by JKT cawangan Bxxxx. 信用卡=高利贷？？？

As mentioned by Bank Negara Malaysia in their press statement dated 27 June 2007, the tracking of repayment behaviour is based on a 12 months repayment cycle, with effect from July 2007 statement onwards. To continue enjoying the lower finance charge, prompt repayment must be made on a monthly basis from the 13th month onwards. Should there be any delayed repayment of 1 to 2 months thereafter, finance charge at 17% per annum will be levied. For any delayed repayment of more than 3 months, the normal finance charge of 18% per annum will apply. Should the credit cardholder wish to enjoy the lower interest rate once again, prompt repayment of the minimum repayment sum must be made for another 12 consecutive months from the last delayed repayment.

If the Cardholder pays to the Bank less than the Current Balance by the Due Date a finance charge at the following appropriate rate: -

(a) 1.25% per month (effective rate of 15% per annum)
- for Cardholders who promptly settle their Minimum Payment Due for 12 months within the last 12 consecutive months; or
(b) 1.42% per month (effective rate of 17% per annum)
- for Cardholders who promptly settle their Minimum Payment Due for 10 months or more within the last 12 consecutive months; or
(c) 1.5% per month (effective rate of 18% per annum)
- for Cardholders who do not fall into any of the above categories;

calculated on a daily rest basis ("the Finance Charge"), will be applied to the outstanding balance of Card Transactions that is unpaid after the Due Date immediately following the Statement Date in which the Card Transactions are posted to the Card Account, calculated from the Due Date until any repayments are credited to the Card Account and thereafter on the reduced balance.


Furthermore, a Cardholder who maintains an outstanding balance of Card Transactions in his/her Card Account(s), as per the Cardholder’s previous month’s Card Statement, will not enjoy the benefit of the Interest Free Period for Card Transactions performed in the current month.

Cardholder A has an outstanding balance of RM1,500.00 at the end of February 2007 and only repaid a sum of RM500.00. Cardholder A’s March 2007 Card Statement reflects the balance of RM1,000.00 rolled over from February 2007. Any Card Transaction performed by Cardholder A in the month for March 2007 will not enjoy the benefit of the Interest Free Period.


看了这篇讯息，我才发现原来银行跟高利贷真的没两样。
只不过一边是挂牌上市公司，一边是地下黑市公司。
以免大家看到一头雾水，
我就以我的understanding大概跟大家解释一下。
以上第一个例子（Illustration）说明，余帐是RM1000。
如果你的月结还有余帐, 你就无法享有20天免利息的期限。
以前大家总认为拿到月结单后，还有20天免利息慢慢偿还卡债。
现在？如果今天刷了RM100, 利息是在你的交易posted之后立即生效计算，而不是在你收到月结单后的20天后才开始计算。
最重要的是，利息是以天计（dailyrest basis)。
所以RM1100 x 利息（%） = RM X
第二天，就算你没刷卡，
你的利息= (RM1100+X) x 利息（%） = RMY
以此类推。。。。懂了吗？
以前如果你常听到大耳窿的高利贷是“利叠利”，
我很遗憾的要告诉你，我国银行业开始效法了。
这个是算法是我的朋友跟信用卡中心确认过后告诉我的，

相信很多blogger都去过这间餐厅，对它都很熟悉吧？

小女很山芭，这次是第一次。

这次原本计划要到Bukit Antarabangsa吃海鲜，

由于某些因素，结果到最后来到这里。

不过还好不会让人失望，

无论是食物或是餐厅装横方面都令人很惊喜。
