Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been employed with Sxxxxx (Operations-Jet* A.) as a full time Reservations Executive since 23 July 2007. In accordance with my contract of employment, please accept this as formal notice of my intention not to renew my contract after my tenure in SXXXXX is successfully completed with effective from 22 July 2008.
Whilst I believe that I am moving for good reasons I am sorry to leave after my contract expired. I have decided to take this time to evaluate my current goals and investigate new opportunities.
It has been a genuine pleasure working for Sxxxxx during this past one year. I never thought I would ever leave such a great company as Sxxxxx. The work has been challenging and productive, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Sxxxxx's fine staff of professionals. I have appreciated all the personal and professional advice over the years. I will miss my associations here.
Thank you again for allowing me to serve Sxxxxx and for providing me with this opportunity. I wish you and Sxxxxx continued success in all your endeavors.
